Trevor Lushanko is an ambitious attorney that has helped numerous individuals reach successful results in their criminal cases. He received his law degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law where he graduated in the top third of his class with Cum Laude honors. While pursuing his legal education, Trevor embarked on his journey of client representation with the Dakota County Public Defender’s Office. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Trevor gained invaluable insights into the dynamics and intricacies of the criminal justice system, preparing him to adeptly advocate for his clients with knowledge and proficiency.

After graduating from Mitchell Hamline School of Law, Trevor chose to serve as a public defender for Scott County before expanding into the private sector. Soon after becoming licensed, Trevor won his first jury trial. Since then, he has taken on hundreds of criminal cases from DWI’s to serious felony offenses and has secured additional Not Guilty verdicts and numerous case dismissals.

Trevor was born and raised in Chisago City Minnesota, where he spent his childhood alongside two brothers and a sister. From a young age, he immersed himself in a variety of sports including hockey, football, baseball, and track. When Trevor’s not in court, you can usually find him on the golf course, at the lake, or spending time with his fiancé, family and friends.
